Have you ever thought about what art can teach us beyond technique? This month, our Exceptionally STEAM students dove into the “A” of STEAM and discovered powerful lessons from the masters: Van Gogh’s Starry Night showed how art can spark deep emotion, Picasso taught us about experimenting with portraits and perspective, and Michelangelo inspired conversations about perseverance and dedication.

Did someone say ocean adventure in PE? Earlier this week, Mrs. Toler’s 2nd graders teamed up with Coach Lilley for a lively game of Sharks and Minnows — on scooters! Students used only their legs to power across the “ocean,” practicing quick reflexes, balance, and cheering each other on.
