RES Honor Roll & Principal’s List Recognition! 🌟 We proudly recognized students who earned Principal’s List or A/B Honor Roll for the year—a true reflection of their hard work and dedication! 🏅📚 A special shoutout to 8 amazing students who received Principals List or A/B Honor Roll EVERY 9 weeks and were accidentally left off our original list. They were celebrated yesterday morning over the announcements and came to the stage to receive their medals and recognition!

RES held Awards Day yesterday for grades 1, 2, 3, and 4, and we are so proud of all of our amazing students! 🏅💙 So many students were recognized for their hard work, growth, and character—and we captured tons of great moments! Because we have so many pictures to share, we’ll be posting by grade level. We kicked off our RES Awards Day with our amazing 1st graders! 🌟 So many students were recognized for academic achievement, growth, and great character—and we are proud of every single one! 💡More Glow Party fun at Rodgers!💡 Our EOG Superstars were shining bright as they danced, played, and celebrated with their classmates yesterday! These smiles say it all—we’re so proud of their hard work and determination over the past few weeks. They earned this fun break, and we loved seeing them enjoy it! 💙💛

EOG Superstars GLOWED today at Rodgers! Our 3rd–5th grade students celebrated all their hard work with grade-level Glow Parties and had a blast! A huge shoutout to Mr. Swift, Ms. Koon, Mrs. Byrum, and Ms. Sauls for helping make it all possible! 💙💛 From dancing and laughing to hanging out with friends and glowing with excitement, it was the perfect way to celebrate their effort and perseverance during testing! (So much fun we had to make two posts! Stay tuned for more!)

Mrs. Bullock’s Kindergarteners visited Mrs. Leggett’s 1st grade class to get a sneak peek of what next year will be like! 🐾✨ They had the chance to ask questions and hear directly from 1st graders about what to expect. It was a fun and informative visit—full of excitement and learning!

While our older students were hard at work on their EOGs, Mrs. Bullock’s Kindergarten class was busy exercising both their brains and bodies—counting to 100 with movement! 💪💙 They had so much fun and loved showing off their knowledge to their assistant principal! Way to go, future scholars!

More EOG encouragement coming from our amazing Cubs! 💙💛 Ms. Pierce’s 1st & 2nd grade class adopted Mrs. Dail’s 4th graders and surprised them today with homemade cards and treat bags! The 4th graders were all smiles as they received their goodies ! This was such a thoughtful way to cheer them on for their big test tomorrow!

"Big cheers from our littlest Cubs! 🐾 As part of our schoolwide effort to spread EOG motivation, each K–2 class adopted a 3–5 class to encourage and support them! Mrs. Uzzell’s 2nd graders visited Mrs. Weaver’s 3rd grade class with motivational messages and sweet treats to cheer them on.! We love seeing our Cubs lift each other up!""

Tomorrow is EOG testing day for 5th Grade Science and 3rd Grade ELA! Please help your child be at their best by ensuring they get a good night's sleep and eat a healthy breakfast—either at home or at school. Testing will begin at 8:00 AM, so arriving on time is very important! We are so proud of all your child’s hard work! Please encourage them to go in with confidence and give it their best! We had a fabulous Kindergarten Sneak Peek today! 🐾 Several future Rodgers CUBS and their families joined us for a fun and welcoming visit. They enjoyed hands-on center activities with our current kindergarten students and teachers, heard an informative presentation from Mrs. Manning, and even had a special lunch in our cafeteria. We loved getting to know our newest Cubs and can’t wait to welcome them back in the fall! 💙
