Our favorite bibliophile strikes again. Ms. Deaton purchased a diverse collection of titles from our book fair to be added to our schools collection. This is her 3rd very generous donation. We are so appreciative of her gift to our library.

Mrs. Horodyski's CTE classes worked on their employability skills of good communication and teamwork to construct towers and bridges using various objects.

Mrs. Daniels and Mrs. Stalls are celebrating our 50th day of school. Love the poodle skirts!

Ms. Riggins' students were busy testing their engineering skills with building bridges today. She also had students mastering their coding skills with the Sphero Robots.

Only two days left for RMS's Book Fair. Friday, November 8, is the last day. Make sure your child doesn't miss out on all the great titles available.

7th grade vision screenings are Tuesday, November 5th.

Ms. Deaton's science classes got a virtual view of celestial objects today. Stars, a comet, the moon and Mars to name a few were fascinating.

The MCS Barnyard was busy this morning bridging the pathway of Middle School Agriculture and High School Animal Science. The Animal Science II Companion class hosted Agriscience students from Riverside Middle School to see and work with companion animals. Chickens, baby chicks, goats, rabbits, mini pot-belly pigs, and a ferret were on display for students to hold and observe. Students will be provided more of these opportunities as we begin celebrating Career Development Month.

Even though it was Spirit Week our MIMS teachers reminded us it was also Halloween today. We had living Little Debbie Cakes along with Big De-bruh. Great costumes. Mr. Reason is such a good sport to go along with these ladies.

Our spirit week ended with Decades Day which brought back decades as far back as the 50s. We even had a character from Saved By The Bell. RMS has the spirit!!

Our Twins Day had everyone seeing double. We paired up against drugs today for our Spirit Week. Can't wait for Decades Day tomorrow.

Red Ribbon Week Spirit Week continued today with Camo Day. We wore our camouflage to declare a war against drugs. Don't forget tomorrow is Dress Like Twins Day.

Our Neon Day of Spirit Week brought out the neon pink! Our MIMS teachers had the best overall school spirit for sure.
After weeks of research and instruction on Hispanic Heritage, students in Mrs. Brown-Hardison's class went on a virtual tour of Macchu Picchu, Bolivia and Peru. Students were engaged and excited to research and then travel virtually to these amazing countries in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

If you returned your dental form, make sure you are at school November 12 & 13th.
