"Black Jack the sheep got dressed up for Halloween and headed out for some fun! Several RMS students had the chance to spend time with him, taking him for a walk and learning firsthand about livestock care. Representatives from the Martin County Cooperative Extension Office taught students how to safely approach, handle, and care for animals. They also shared information about 4-H programs and how agricultural courses can open doors to leadership experiences and competitions."

Our science teacher, Ms. Deaton continues to spread her generosity. She's adding 21 books to our library from the book fair with a generous donation. This is the 6th book fair from which she has purchased many books for our students to enjoy. She's an avid reader herself and wants to instill that love of reading to our students with her donations. Be sure and thank Ms. Deaton when you see her.
