These great educators are having the time of their lives at the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, learning about new strategies to engage learners, the House System, and building a sense of community in the school. We can't wait for them to return to hear about their experiences!

Ms. Jessy and Ms. Gammon represented JES today at the North Carolina Technology Conference in Raleigh. They presented a "Tech Parade of Engagement" to educators and leaders across the State! Teacher leaders at their best!
Another trip to the game room was won during our last Wheel Spin Friday! River got to choose 5 of his friends to join him for a good time playing games at the JES Arcade!

Thank you to everyone who made this competition a success! Together, we collected 169 pounds of pop tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald house.
Current 4th grade parents- Join Mr. Pake and 4th/5th grade teachers on Thursday, March 6, for a parent night at 6pm.

Save the date! PTA will hold its Valentine's Day dance on February 7th. Admission is only $5 and you can get a Pizza combo for the same price. They will also give prizes to those that come with at least a small bag pop tabs to support the Ronald McDonald House.
Join us for our first semester Awards Ceremony at JES on February 7, 2025 in our cafeteria. Kindergarten, first and second grade will take place from 1:00-1:45. Third, fourth and fifth grade will be from 2:00-2:45.
