Make sure that your children are on time to school each day. Please leave them in class each day as close to 3:00 pm as possible. We need them in school as much as possible. Do not forget that afternoon pickup ends at 2:30 pm and does not begin again until 3:00 pm.

JES campus is designated as an alternative landing site for the East Care Medical transport in Jamesville. They were on campus this morning to pick up a critical care patient. The patient was not a student or staff member at JES. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact JES administration.

Because this is a fundraiser for the JES PTA, we are requesting donations and help chaperoning this event. Individual bagged chips, can drinks, and individually wrapped candy are items requested. The JES Advisory Board will meet Thursday September 12th at 6:00 pm in the JES conference room. We are in need of parent members to join the advisory board. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Guard at JES.

JES and MCS will be closed on Thurs. and Fri. of this week due to Hurricane Dorian. Please stay safe.
Martin County Schools is monitoring the storm track of Hurricane Dorian and staying in contact with Martin County EMS. School will operate on regular schedule for Wednesday, September 4, 2019. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
Finally, parents are asked to check with their children daily, including bookbags, to make sure that they are completing their homework and projects as the school year progresses.
