Friday in PE, our second graders embraced their wild side during a thrilling game of Tiger in the Cage! They navigated the gym, trying to dodge the Tigers and make it to safety. The excitement was palpable as the last 3 students standing became the new Tigers!

Our Candy Man Fundraiser has begun! Packets were sent home with students today. We appreciate your support!

We had a fantastic time at WPS celebrating Constitution Day! By signing our very own WPS Constitution with our thumbprints, we embraced our PBIS motto: PAWS Up! This means we commit to having a positive attitude, following directions, working hard, and showing respect.

Last night, Williamston Primary School and MIEP students were able to count and identify seeds, discuss carrots, and get an understanding of the plantbed on their campus from our T"ag"-Team of CTE Agriculture Teachers, Ms. Patterson and Ms. Eason. Several students arrived at the afterschool event to learn about plant processes in horticulture.

A big shoutout to everyone who came out for our MIEP Family Night last night! We had a fantastic time painting rocks to beautify our school entrance and planting carrots, all thanks to Ms. Patterson, Ms. Eason, and Ms. Hannah Sylvester! Together, we are growing in excellence and blooming in innovation.

5th graders in Mrs. Stewart's class are on a roll! They turned science into a fun project, building tracks to test how far their marbles could go! What a fantastic way to learn about force and motion!

Mr. P was also there to meet and greet all the parents! We can't wait to see these talented musicians in action!

Little scientists in action! Mrs. Beach's second graders have been exploring the scientific method with an exciting gummy bear experiment! They used all their senses to discover and learn. What a sweet way to make science fun!

Exciting things are happening in Mrs. Reason's STEAM resource class! Students are experimenting with different materials to build their very own flying machines! After constructing their inventions, they had the chance to test just how far they can fly. What an incredible way to learn through hands-on experience!
