Hi Riverside families, this is Mrs. Brantley, with your weekly announcements!
Soccer is in full swing! We play at Bear Grass on Monday at 4:00 PM, and then again at Indian Lakes Sports Complex in Tarboro on Tuesday at 4 pm. Let’s cheer on our Gators!
Volleyball is here at Riverside on Thursday at 4:00 PM—come pack the stands and show your school spirit!
Big reminder: Wednesday, September 10th is an Early Release Day! We will dismiss at 11:55 AM sharp. That means a shorter day for our students and extra planning time for our teachers. Families, please make arrangements for pickup!
Also, we are kicking off our i-Ready Math Diagnostic. We’re asking every scholar to do their absolute best so we know exactly how to support their growth this year. Parents, please encourage your child to come focused and ready to shine.
And as always, let’s keep practicing our PRO Matrix: Practice Respect, Be Responsible, and Own Your Actions.
Thank you for supporting Riverside Middle—One Team, One Mission!
