I am Missy Griffin, the  School Counselor at South Creek High School and South Creek Middle School. The 2021-2022 school year will be my twenty-fifth year as an educator. My journey in education began in (1996) at (Williamston High School).  I taught English for my first ten years in Martin and Nash counties.  After getting my Master’s Degree in Counselor Education, I became the school counselor at Williamston Middle School and later moved to Riverside High School.   Since then, I have earned my certification as Career Development Coordinator and I am continuing my school counseling career here at South Creek. I really enjoy helping students reach their academic and personal short-term and long-term goals.
