  • The third grading periods ends Friday, January 17. 
  • 3rd grade students Friday, January 17 is the last day for you to meet your AR reward goal so make sure you are reading and taking your tests to meet your goal. 
  • Parents this is the season that we see the most sickness and I wanted to remind you about providing notes when students are absent so they will be excused. We of course take doctor’s notes anytime but if you write a note yourself about your student being sick, it needs to be turned in within 3 days after the student returns to school. (For example, if a student is out on Monday and returns to school on Tuesday, you must provide a note by Thursday in order for it to be excused.)  If you have any questions about this, please call us at E J Hayes and we will be glad to help you.
