We hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend. These are the weekly announcements for the week of November 28, 2022:
- Senior fees are now $85 & are payable to Mr. Delph each day by 1:30 pm. This fee covers the cost of your cap & gown unit, as well as other graduation expenses.
- The 2022 RHS Winter Formal will be held on Friday, December 2, in the RHS cafeteria from 7-10. Tickets go on sale today. Please see Mr. Hollis in room 012 before 1:00 pm to pay. Tickets are $10 per person. Please bring cash (correct change only) or check. Checks should be made out to Riverside High School. The last day to buy tickets is Wednesday, November 30. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Hollis.
- Students attending the field trip to NC A&T State University on Wednesday, November 30th, please remember to arrive on time that morning. The bus will depart from RHS parking lot at 6:45AM and expected to return around 5pm.
- If you are interested in joining the Fire Academy Program or would like to learn more information about becoming a Firefighter or EMT, please contact Mr. Smith in guidance, send him an email at ss09169@martincc.edu or sign up for one of his MCC registration Knight Lunches.
- This is a reminder to seniors that if you need help with applying to college & completing your FAFSA, please see your college adviser, Ms. James or email her to schedule a time to meet.
- Senior Yearbook Ads are now available for purchase until Jan. 31, 2023. There is a discounted price for those paying on or before Dec. 2, 2022. Purchase now, send us your design later, and SAVE! Forms can be obtained from the media center or in the display at the school entrance next to the office. Payment and forms should be returned to Mrs. Crosby.
- Baseball offseason workouts will begin on Tuesday 11/29 from 3:30 until 5:00. All interested players must have an up-to-date physical and all paperwork completed in FinalForms. Any questions, please contact Coach Harmon.
