Only two Seniors have submitted their video for pass the diploma. Monday is the last day to submit.
Few Seniors have submitted Scholarships or awards to be recognized this year.
There will be information mailed on Tuesday from the County Office in reference to graduation.
Riverside High School's Food drop-off will start at Gaylord Perry Park at 11:00am.
All schools will provide grab and go bags that will include a lunch meal for the day and a separate breakfast meal for the next morning.
All schools will be open for meal pick up from 11:00 am – 1 pm
Good Evening Parents and students. These are your weekly announcements from Riverside High School. As you are probably aware, all public schools will be closed until March 30th.
Our teachers will be working to put together assignments either through online resources or packets. There has been a survey emailed to all students to determine their preference for receiving their assignments.
Please complete the survey as soon as possible. If you have belongings at the school that you will need over the next two weeks, the school will be open tomorrow for you to get those items.

Any student interested in learning more about the Lineman Camp hosted by Edgecombe-Martin EMC please sign up using this link (bit.ly/LinemanCamp2020). There will be a presentation on March 17th in the auditorium at 10:30 for those who sign up and are not failing a course!
College Red Parent Night is tonight at 6:00pm in the Martin County Auditorium on the campus of Riverside High School. You will learn new ways to be a cheerleader, counselor, and coach for your child to help them make better grades, improve behavior, and start thinking about college early. You don't want to miss out on this power packed event! You will receive a small gift for coming out and will have the opportunity to meet guest speakers Travis and Geraldine Pinckney.
RHS will have 100 tickets for sale for the Edenton vs RHS boys basketball game. They will be available at 1:00 pm in the front office.
The Varsity Baseball team will be travelling to JH Rose today. Players will be dismissed at 1:00 for a 1:15 departure from the baseball field. Game will begin at 3:15.
The Annual Band Pancake Supper will be held tonight from 5-8 pm. You can dine in the RHS Cafeteria for all you can eat pancakes and sausage, or drive thru the bus parking lot for a to go plate.

All Martin County schools after-school activities today are cancelled due to the potential threat of severe weather. The band pancake supper has been rescheduled for Thursday 2/13 from 5-8 pm.
