It's time for the book fair! Martin County Middle School will be hosting our fall book fair next week October 12-16, 2026 in the Media Center. From Non-Fiction to Manga to Classics, we will have something for everyone.

Don’t miss out on family night. We will be open from 6-7pm on Thursday October 15th immediately after the Title 1 meeting.

Reminder for our families: the next MCS Early Release Day for students is next Friday, September 25. Students will be released at Noon.

That clarinet, trumpet, flute—or other band instrument that once filled your home with music—may be ready for an encore.
Martin County Schools’ growing Elementary Band Program is seeking previously loved instruments to help our youngest musicians take their very first steps into the world of music.
We have an immediate need for 1 clarinet, 1 trumpet, and 1 flute, and anticipate additional needs as the program continues to grow.
For a new student, your donated instrument could become more than something they learn to play. It could be the beginning of confidence, creativity, friendships, performances, and a love of music that stays with them for years to come.

Donated instruments may be dropped off at any MCS campus or at MCS Central Office, 407 East Boulevard, Williamston.

Mrs. Miller's 7th-grade students participated in the Martin Soil and Water Conservation District's annual essay contest. This year's theme was "We All Live in a Watershed."
