Thanks to our families and community for supporting JES with our February food drive. We collected over 3,500 cans for the Jamesville food pantry. Congratulations to Mrs. Casper’s homeroom for collecting more than 1,300 cans.

Kindergarteners - Travel to the Innovation Campus for the “I Like Me” event; Monday, March 4th
Third grade - Travel to the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Tuesday, March 5th
Selected 1st graders - Travel to Raleigh for NC TIES conference March 7th

Thursday-Students are HOME-Wear crazy socks-Send in pictures to your teachers.
Friday-Book Character Parade
No School for students on March 7th - Mandatory Workday for staff. Staff will be in professional development sessions.
PTA raffle ticket sales begin March 4th-tickets went home with students on Friday.
Reading Parent Night for K-2 parents Monday, March 4th 6-6:30 pm Parents will report to their child’s classroom.
