What a great evening for our MIEP Expansion families!
E. J. Hayes hosted our first Tie Dye & Popsicles Meet & Greet, and we were excited to welcome so many of our families to campus. Students created their very own tie-dye shirts while families enjoyed popsicles and connected with members of our school community.
A special thank-you to our counselor Ms. Beth and MIEP Expansion Homeroom Teacher Mrs. Speight for making the evening run smoothly. Principal Howard and AP Breiner were on hand to welcome and support our families, and jumped right into the tie-dye fun! We were especially grateful to have Board Chair Ms. Purvis join us to show her support for E. J. Hayes and our MIEP Expansion program.
Students left with their freshly created shirts packaged and ready to wash and wear in just 24 hours!
We are so excited for this new opportunity at E. J. Hayes and look forward to an amazing year with our MIEP Expansion students and families!
