If you are having issues with our i-Ready account. Please try the following:
We have had several tech issues with iReady -
1) student is frozen on a game
2) student can not hear
3) parent/student can not get into the assessment, etc.
The i-Ready site has a help-desk. Please communicate with them. They do a great job with assisting parents and students. If you are not able to resolve the issue after working with the tech department. Please feel free to contact JES.
