Good evening, The following are the weekly announcements from JES:
Thank you to all of the Grandparents that attended the 5th Grade Grandparents day event on Friday.
Jamesville Elementary School PTA is hosting a dance on Friday September 20th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the JES Cafeteria. The cost is 5.00 per person. The theme is Country Hoedown Dance. Bring your cowboy hats and boots for a fun night of food and dancing. Bring your appetite! We will be offering pizza for purchase as well as other snacks and drinks. Because this is a fundraiser for the JES PTA, we are requesting donations and help chaperoning this event. Individual bagged chips, can drinks, and individually wrapped candy are items requested. Please send these items to the JES office by Thursday, September 19th. If you would like to help chaperone, send a text to 252-370-0772 and we will sign you up. Thank you for supporting JES PTA! Reminder that this dance is for JES K-5 students only!
Thank you to everyone that attend the JES Advisory Board Meeting and the PTA Meeting on Thursday evening.
Kindergarten will start having breakfast before school starts on Monday, September 23! Students will need to be here at 7:30 to have breakfast at school!
One final reminder, school begins at 7:50 am and end at 3:00 pm. Please help us keep your children in school as much as possible. Every minute counts!
Parents are reminded to follow the JES dress code each day, including Fridays, unless specified by JES.
