Good evening, This is a special announcement from Jamesville Elementary School:
We would like to thank the students, faculty and staff for a great start to the school year. We would like to thank to parents for their participation and patience in the new student pickup program in the afternoon. We understand the safety concerns with parents getting to the JES campus, traffic on US 64 and the ability for EMS to respond in an emergency.
We are asking for parents help by making the following change effective on Wednesday August 28th:
We are asking parents to enter the school off of main street and/or old 64 to enter Hardison Dr. Parents need to enter the campus and line up in the same manner.
This is a reminder the school day at JES does not end until 3pm. Student will not be departing to the car rider pickup until that time. Parents that need to pick up their children early from school need to do it before 2:30 pm each day for safety and logistics.
