The “HBCU College Day” tour, it’s for all high school juniors and seniors, and young adults seeking a career or college education, and it’s FREE. We will have a live DJ, speakers, drumlines, Greek steppers, and opportunities to meet U.S. Air Force recruiters, Fortune 500 job recruiters, and HBCU College recruiters. Whether you are interested in aviation, healthcare, technology, mechanics, or outer space, the United States Air Force and HBCUs have a place for you. A student can bring their high school transcript and ACT/SATs for on-the-spot registration if required by the HBCU. The students can also qualify can HBCU scholarships. The “HBCU College Day” will be on the campus of Winston- Salem State University on Saturday, September 18, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. The Air Force is bringing its “Hangar” experience, where you can perform a virtual in-flight refueling mission, and there will be an F-16 Falcon Jet on display.
