What information do we need to bring to kindergarten registration?

~ Child's certified birth certificate

~ Child's immunization record and NC Health Assessment Form

~ Proof of Residency (Bills with an address listed, mortgage or rental agreement, etc.)

~ Court order for guardianship (if student is living with someone other than the parent)

~ Please bring your child to the registration
