Weekly Announcements

These are the weekly announcements for June 5, 2022:

Any senior who has not paid their senior fee of $85, returned items they have from RHS, or paid their indebtedness must do so BEFORE they will be allowed to participate in graduation practice. All fees & items need to be taken care of before Thursday June 9th.

Any senior who has not picked up their cap & gown needs to do so ASAP from Mrs. Hoggard. A receipt may be required to receive your cap & gown.

Graduation practice will be on Friday June 10th at 10:00 am. We will meet in the cafeteria. All seniors are required to participate in practice. If you do not come to practice, you will not be allowed to participate in graduation on June 11th. Graduation tickets will be given out at practice.

Immediately following graduation practice, there will be a senior party open to all graduating seniors. Please plan to stick around to enjoy some food & fun provided by RHS & the Senior parents.

Graduation for the Class of 2022 will be Saturday June 11th at 11:30 am in the Martin County Auditorium. A ticket is required for entry for ALL persons wishing to attend.

Math 1 and Biology exams will be given on Monday, June 6th at 8:00 am (Please be on time)

CTE exams for Juniors and Seniors will be given on Monday, June 6th at 1:00 - it is imperative that seniors be here to take exams so that grades can be finalized and we can determine how many students will graduate as well as the number of tickets for graduation.

Please note that students who are not taking exams are not required to come to campus.

For students who missed the Math 3 exam or English 2 exam on Friday, you will retest on Tuesday, June 7th at 8:00 am

Students who have a school-issued computer and hotspot need to return these items ASAP.

Students who took MCC classes must return their books to campus or they will be charged a fee for the book.

For rising seniors (class of ‘23), please note that your meningococcal conjugate booster vaccine is due at the start of your senior year.  This summer is a great time to receive this required vaccine.  Don’t wait until next year!  See your provider or schedule an appointment with the Martin County Health Department.  Bring a copy of your updated immunization record to the school nurse once you’ve received your vaccine.

Yearbooks are here. We have a limited number of extras for sale at $40 on a first-come-first-serve basis. See Mrs. Grimes. No holds. If you preordered with a downpayment, the balance is due before you can receive your book.

Students are reminded that if you are planning to sign out after you finish your exam, you need to bring a note from your parent or guardian.
