Students are reminded to follow the MCS dress code each day. Students are reminded to be to school and class on time each day. Students are reminded to follow the cell phone policy for MCS and RHS.
Congratulations to the Men’s and Women’s basketball teams on a great regular season. The teams have qualified for the state 1A basketball playoffs. Please be on the lookout on our website and facebook pages for times and locations of the first round of the playoffs beginning on Tuesday.
A special thank you to the students and staff for an outstanding job on the ACT administration last Wednesday.
The next driver education class will begin March 25 through April 5. The class time is 3:30-6:30 and cost 65 dollars. Students must be born on or before August 2004 to enroll in this class. Email amcgill@martin.k12.nc.us
Juniors and Seniors - Prom 2019 guest forms are now in the office. You must have a completed prom guest form to have your non-RHS guest approved by administration. Completed forms are due back to the main office by April 8, 2019. A digital form is on the school webpage.
Juniors and Seniors - Your prom will be on April 13, 2019. Tickets will go on sale soon!
If you want a yearbook, see Mrs. Grimes or purchase online at www.yearbookordercenter.com. The price is now $55.
Friends of Rachel will meet during Knight Lunch C on Monday, February 25.
Ani-Nation will meet again on Thursday, February 28, after school in Mrs. Butler’s room. If multiple students do not attend or see Mrs. Butler about the Friday viewing, there will not be a viewing on Friday, March 1 after school.

This is the last week to donate your gently loved young adult books tot the media center. We are still trying to get 60 books. Clean off those bookshelves and bring on those books!
