Good evening, The following is the first part of the weekly announcements from JES:
Thank you for a great first week at JES.
Progress Reports are scheduled to go home for students on Tuesday October 20th.
Unity Day is Wednesday October 21st at JES. Our theme this year - Together against bullying — united for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. Make it ORANGE and make it end! That’s the day everyone can come together—in schools and communities— and send one large ORANGE message of support, hope, and unity. Jamesville Elementary will GO ORANGE on October 21, 2020! Wear ORANGE. It can be an orange T-shirt, wristband, socks, or even shoelaces. (Uniform pants/skirts/shorts---Mask Required)
Attention 3rd Grade Parents and Guardians - The 3rd grade Beginning of Grade 3 Test will be administered to all 3rd grade students on Wednesday October 21st. This is important for all 3rd grade students. Please review the parent letter sent home by Mrs. Hardison and Mrs. Morrison. The information is posted on the website. Virtual students will have the opportunity to take the test at a later date. Please make sure that your 3rd grade student gets plenty of rest on Tuesday night. Thank you in advance for your support.
Candyman School Fundraiser kicks off on Thursday October 22nd.
Picture Day is next Friday October 23rd at JES. Please review the flyer and the packet information that we sent home last week. The information is posted on our school website and we will send another reminder on Wednesday.
