Good evening , The following are the weekly announcements from JES:
This is an important reminder that JES and MCS will be closed on Monday due to the observance of the Martin Luther King Memorial Holiday. JES will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week for teacher workdays. We will resume regular schedule on Thursday January 23rd. School will begin promptly at 7:50 am.
JES will not host Battle of the Books or Mathcounts practice this week.
JES will be hosting Animal Ambassadors on Wednesday January 29th. Teachers will distribute information this week and please see the information posted on our website and social media.
The 3rd grading period ended on Friday January 17th. Report cards will be distributed on Monday January 27th. You can keep up with your children’s grades on PowerSchool each week.
This is a reminder to encourage your children to read at least 20 minutes a day during this long break.
