Good evening, The following are the weekly announcements from JES:
JES resumes with a regular scheduled day on Monday January 6th at 7:50 am.
New attendance incentives for JES students begin on Monday. Thank you in advance for your support of our new attendance incentives as we strive to improve attendance at JES.
Battle of the Books practice will be on the JES campus on Tuesday January 7th after school until 4:00pm.
Selected JES students will be traveling to The NC Science/History Museum on Friday. More information to follow from specific teachers.
Parents do not forget that you can keep track of your children’s progress through PowerSchool each week.
Please encourage your children to read 20 minutes a day. This makes a big difference in your child’s performance in school.
Finally, the i-Ready computer assessment system has learning games to improve student performance and stay on track academically.
